Sunday is a day for Dave (Lieberman)

The third webisode of Dave Does is all about coffee. He checks out Stumptown Coffee Roasters in Portland, Oregon, and The Mudtruck in New York City.



If you haven't checked out these web-based mini-shows, you really should. Dave has been getting really goofy in these latest ones, and it's a sweet side of him we don't see as much in Good Deal.



I think Dave realizes he's not exactly the same caliber of actor as, say, Brando. Thus, when he is "acting" it's just so over the top that you forget about his shortcomings and just notice how adorable he is:-)

My favorite part of this webisode was when he meets with the guy who invented the frappucino. He ended up selling the recipe to Starbucks, and the rest is Starbuckstory.



The guy he does a coffee tasting with was just weird. He was like, "When I taste this, I get fresh cut tobacco," while Dave just tasted "coffee." =)

Back in Good Deal land...

As we've seen before, Dave loves his corn on the cob. I loved the recent episode of him cooking on the beach.



Notice, Dave looks appropriate while cooking on the beach. Others, however...



... don't.

The 4th webisode of Dave Does nearly frosted my cupcakes. It's all about aphrodisiacs. Dave learns all about the (supposed) sexual nature of some foods and cooks for some model/girl on a "blind date." It's all very set up, but still funny. More on that tomorrow.

Ugh... the weekend is almost over. I can't believe it's almost September!
