  1. Did anyone watch Sandra's special last night? I enjoyed it and I don't care what people say -- I love Sandy!

The interview with Ted Allen is very good -- he seems like such a cool and nice guy.

And of course, still love Alton -- we even like the same drink 'Cuba Libre) -- be still my heart!

Have a good day everyone :)

    Christine :)

  2. In the Miami Herald. Alton mentions his husband owning a motorcycle. Huh?

  3. Alton has a husband ? Please let that be a misprint.

  4. Oh, no. If Alton has a husband we'll have to hear how men and men being together is immoral and that guys and gals fit together "like Legos."

It's a funny misprint because there's been this persistent question out there if Alton is gay or not, though he's obviously not (he's married with a kid -- not that being married with a kid means you're not gay, but whatever).

  5. I'm so confused! I hope Alton is gay ... Jacob, go find out! (Pinch him so something.)

  6. Uh, I'm pretty sure I've heard Alton mention his wife and daughter. I'm sure that's a misprint.

  7. And what if it's not a misprint? Maybe he left those chicks behind for a more exciting, wholesome, and moral "lifestyle." (Bring it on Carol!)

  8. Anon 10:20, why? What difference does it make to you?

The quote is "My husband owns an SV650 motorcycle. I miss that bike, even though it tended to overheat." Which obviously make no sense. Something got lost in the transcription.

  11. I'm not fun because I asked a legit question? I'm just curious why it would matter if Alton was gay or not gay. They (you?) said "I hope Alton is gay." I just want to know why.

  12. Because then he would be playing for our team, a sort of Band of Brothers, which needs members. There's strength in numbers. Care to join? (Any takers? Carol?)

  13. I think we already have enough gay men prancing around on TV already .

I think we might have reached the saturation point.

  15. Jacob,
FYI - there is an interview with Guy on the last page of the Jan Family Circle magazine. I live in Atlanta- not Gay. Our city/burbs is very Gay friendly- even if we are the South.

  18. I belive the Alton Brown quote was a misprint. Per Wikipedia: "Brown lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife DeAnna, his daughter Zoey (born in 1999)"

  19. I know Alton is Married with Child. Even if he were gay it wouldn't matter to me. I just thought it was funny and was surprised they didn't proof read it before press.
