Didn't you hear that FN listed Aarti in their "Meet Our Chefs" section, and only when Food Network Humor broke the news(June 30 th) they had to do some serious backpedalling. They then listed all the remaining contestants on the same "chef" list to try and cover their stupidity . HAhahahah
Maybe you see TNFNS for the farce it is ?
Subjecting viewers to a fake competition, knowing once again they PRESELECTED the winner. Shameful.
Unfortunately, Alec Smart, FoodNetworkHumor has a tendency to exaggerate things too. I don't know if they did it in this situation (although it wouldn't surprise me), but their author doesn't hesitate to attack anyone who dares to disagree with her. It's just not worth it. I was considering joining but stayed away because it was just not a fun place.
Unfortunately, " Marie", several hundred other people also saw the website before the clowns at FN switched it over to cover their butts. Maybe you'd like to read about the whole incident ?
FNH author actually just brings to light some of the untalented jackasses at FN who deserve ridicule. Of late, a few FN personalities have visited and contributed. I'm sure there will be more.
Alec, it's true that it does happen. But their site owner is a vindictive bitch for lack of a better way to put it. She has ridiculed her previously contributing members, too. I was a member there for a few months. I didn't post much, but I lurked and read almost everything. I gave up on it because she's a bitch. And you're right--both of the ABs do read FNH.
The only members the FNH girl has ridiculed have been ones who have acted like jackasses or staged mini mutinies in the forum. Were you one of them by chance ?
As for TNFNS, this season has been just so bad. The blatant attempts to emulate Top Chef, the lamest challenges, Tuschman thinking he is a star.
Alec, no. (And what's the deal with the quotation marks?) Jill has ridiculed all sorts of folks on the blog, including people who didn't agree with what she said, pointed out that she was wrong, or that she overall didn't like. Yeah, she did do a lot of griping about forum members which was fine by me, but I was just remarking that she has the tendency to be a bitch. And to answer your other question, yes, I am a member. I used to post moderately regularly (I joined in December) but I have only posted occasionally since mid April, when a bunch of people started throwing tantrums and Jill kicked off the moderators who were helping the situation.

I was hoping someone would just be mature and not acknowledge the last written message and be done with it, but no. God I'm bored. Luckily I don't visit often.
FNH use to be funny but now it's the same old repetitive crap. The woman who writes the posts seems to be obsessed with Guy Fieri's dick, she mentions it in every Fieri post.
And the Alton Brown cock-sucking since he made a donation to the website is pathetic.
Just wondering if you ever plan to update this blog. I have enjoyed it and I do miss it, but I understand that life gets in the way. A good bye posting might be in order. At least we would know why you no longer update and can remove it from bookmarks. Best wishes

It’s always trouble for me whenever we have a family gathering or occasions, because we always want to offer unique recipes for our visitors. Until one day I discovered these Gourmandia sites wherein it provided me unique recipes. Everything about food is all here, whether it’s chicken, fish, salad, salad and so much more! It’s so informative that it seemed to be an all in one site. I don’t need to browse in any sites anymore or buy cookbooks because everything I need is here. I don’t even need to ask for someone to fix the table settings because it is also offered in here. Thanks for having this wonderful site! Keep up the good work!
