Sandra Loses Out to Local News

Sandra Lee apparently doesn't have the best luck with the Today show on NBC. Back in Feb., Aunt Sandy has a segment on the Sunday version of Today to show off "Valentine's Day Meals in Jiffy." Sadly, the meal looked gross and nobody wanted to taste it.

Then THIS MORNING on Today (early-rising West coast readers haven't even seen this yet) Sandra Lee was cut off mid waffle wheeling... to go to the local news!




Meredith: This is a waffle sandwich. What's in it?

Sandra: (slowly) Waffle Wheels. Now in here is just your toasted waffles, out of the freezer, right? Easy. Then peanut butter on top and sliced bananas.

Meredith: (cutting her off) And you're going to have to explain the rest in the break--get it on our website! Local news is next.

Sandra: Okay.

Meredith: We ran out of time.

So sad. Just a lonely Eggo waffle on the board that could have been a delicious breakfast, but people MUST GET THEIR LOCAL TRAFFIC AND WEATHER UPDATES!
