I made some cupcakes over the weekend and used a Martha Stewart (sorry Food Network) recipe for orange cream cheese frosting using orange zest and grated ginger. I was supposed to take them to a barbeque that night, but it ended up being rescheduled. I left the cupcakes out overnight. Will I die from the cream cheese frosting being out all night? I've already eaten 2, so if you don't see any posts soon, alert the authorities:-)
