I could read about Dave all day long...

• If you're in New York City on Oct. 3, you can RSVP to attend a special "Dinner With Dave" at the W Hotel, although it doesn't really mention if Dave will be there. It's to launch Dave's latest cookbook Dave's Dinners, which is onsale at Amazon right now!
  
• Dave is featured in a fun article from the Houston Chronicle in which he talks about his fear of not being a "hot, young chef" forever, his upbringing, and what's on the horizon for him. It's cute and not just things we've heard before.
  
• Dave's latest Webisodes of Dave Does are currently up and running. One is about Sake and the other about kitchen gadgets. I chose not to review the Sake one due to lack of time. It's also not the most thrilling one (I still love you, Dave). The kitchen gadget one is fun! I'll have pics up soon.
