Rachael's in Hot, Boiling, Water
Well, not really Rachael, but people would like to think so...
TMZ has obtained the legal documents of a recent lawsuit against the Food Network regarding Rachael Ray's show "Inside Dish with Rachael Ray."
Seems radio host Ross Crystal claims to have submitted the same show idea to the Food Network back in 2001!
Food Network's then President Judy Girard turned down the show, saying FN "had no interest in celebrities at all."
I think there might be some merit to his suit, but who knows what the FN will use to defend itself. Personally, I think Inside Dish was probably the weakest show of RayRay's (oooh, it's Steven Tyler, and he's eating!).
It should be noted that Rachael is not named in the suit. Hmmm................
