Charm City Gets Blogging
While I'm not sure how anyone at Charm City Cakes has any extra time for non-work activities (the shop is booked solid through November), the gang has launched its own blog... and Food Network Addict even gets a mention!
A big THANKS to Mary Alice and the rest of the CCC crew for the kind words.
They've already posted some behind-the-scenes photos, with lots more special features on the way. Plus, the website seems to be updated too--complete with cake flavors and designs from the traditional to the extreme.
Yeah... I said it. Fla-vors. Ergo: you can eat it! ;-)

First!
First!
Oh dang, I'm not first after all.
Very cool... - Looking forward to cake #5 from CCC... I hope its as cool as the first one - The harley!!!!!
Neat! I'll have to drive past next time we're in the neighborhood to see the new sign.
Anyone here think that Charm City's cakes are ugly? I find their cakes small and plastic looking. And how much fondant could one use on a cake? Their cakes are more like fifth grade art projects not edible masterpieces.
lol, guess you've never seen one in person. The ones I have looked amazingly delicious - and they taste even better. There's like over 30 flavors on their website - Pumpkin Chocolate Chip was great!!! I would think if they were ugly they wouldn't get a show on national tv...
Small? The Harry Potter cake is bigger than Duff!

Sure doesn't look like a fifth grade art project to me!
It's no surprise Duff never wins in those stupid cake challenges that FN hosts every other week.
It is amazing that they have any time to blog at all. I got some dinner across the street from CCC a while back and as I looked for parking, I could swear that I saw Mary Alice running around like a chicken with its head cut off. She was in a hurry for something!
