Special Hairspray Ace of Cakes
Ooops... I almost forgot about the special Ace of Cakes tonight that leads in to the premiere of 2 Dudes Catering.
It should be pretty exciting, as Duff and the gang make the cake for the Baltimore premiere of the recent movie smash Hairspray!

You just knew I had to choose a pic of lil' Zac Efron for this, right? I recently found out that the Disney heart throb shares my birthday (this Thursday, Oct. 18), along with another acting legend, Jean Claude Van Damme. Yep learned that on Entertainment Tonight about 10 years ago and never forgot it. Thank you Mary Hart!
So watch the shows. Should be a fun hour. I'm off to the gym, then home in time to eat more and dream about cake.

I'm so proud of the Efron pic. Face it: he's taking over our world ("our" being the pop culture world that I run and you live in). I've already missed the episode; looked I checked in about 5 minutes too late. I would have liked watching the Hairspray cake. And I'm so STOKED you share a birfday with the best actor since Larry Olivier!
Yes, when he's president we'll all be encouraged to sit outside for long periods of time in the incovenient-truth of the sun's rays, just to achieve that flawless glowing tan!
The Hairspray cake was rad, as was the whole episode.
Just to make sure- who is the best actor since Olivier: Van Damme or Efron? Because they're both tops*
in my book.
* someone else can make an NC17 joke about this;-)
I guess I live under a rock. I haven't seen Hairspray and I don't know this guy. I guess I watch too much FN except for cake shows.
Jacob: Totally agree - the Hairspray cake was awesome! As was the episode. Loved it when the director told Duff & his crew that the cake was the best thing to happen since they finished filming. What a huge compliment - I was so excited for them!
:-)
