Duff: Playboy's Calling!

It may come as a surprise to some that I actually watch other channels besides Food Network.

(Cue: gasp and shock in disbelief)

One guilty pleasure is E!'s (what's the correct possessive of E!?) show The Girls Next Door, starring Playboy's Hugh Hefner and his three girlfriends Holly, Bridget and Kendra. The new season (super new!) premieres tomorrow night.

I recently read a TV Guide interview with Bridget, and while she already has one man in her life she let us know she's looking for another....

... and it's none other than Food Network's Duff Goldman!

When asked what she enjoyed on TV, Bridget responded:
I have two favorite shows: one is Ghost Hunters, on the Sci Fi Channel, and the other is Ace of Cakes. I want him to bake me cake so bad!
I wonder what kind of cake Duff would bake Bridget. It would have to be something pink, as her room in the Playboy mansion looks like a bottle of Pepto-Bismol exploded.

So here's the deal: I live close enough to the bakery to get a cake for Bridget. Then, she can send the Playboy jet to D.C. and I'll fly to back to L.A. to personally deliver it to her!

Sound like a plan?

Sounds like a great plan ;-)

A while back there was some talk about Duff possibly making a cake for the Playboy mansion. Did it happen? Maybe it will be on the upcoming season of Ace Of Cakes? Mary Alice: What's the scoop?

:-)

Let's see...Duff's a rocker and a welder when he's not baking and sculpting cakes...maybe she's just his speed.
