TV Alert: Rosie O'Donnell on Rachael Ray

Rosie O'Donnell just posted a cute little video on her official blog announcing her May 2 appearance on the Rachael Ray show.

I love daughter Vivian's reaction to Rosie's "lots of makeup!"

Also, WORD HAS IT that Rosie has taped (or will tape this week) an appearance on Paula's Party, which is currently shooting at Food Network Studios in New York City.

And if a guest spot by Rosie O'Donnell wasn't good enough, I've also heard everyone's favorite sequined shorts wearing, afro sporting, oldies dancing, body glitter slathering fitness guru, Richard Simmons, will show up to party with Paula!!!

I'm not sure the world is ready for the antics of a hyped-up Richard Simmons paired with the larger-than-life Paula Deen. I can just picture a squealing Richard being chased by Paula trying to force a stick of butter down his throat. Ummm.... yuck.

I have no idea when these shows will air, so be vigilant and keep your eyes open for 'em!

Oh Great ! Two of the PUSHIEST most overbearing obnoxious loudmouths together on television! I'm sooooo glad that I don't watch Retchel Ray Ray's show ...

Rachael Ray and Rosie O'Donnell are nothing alike. Both have very unique personalities. But two things they do have in common are being rich and famous.

Can I say that I don't like the new celebrity-studded format of Paula's Party?

I really enjoyed the first season filmed down at Uncle Bubba's, when she had a lot more involvement from folks in the audience. I guess they needed bigger ratings, so they amped up the show, moved it to New York, and are Will-&-Grace-ing it to death with celebrity guest shots.

I, too, dislike the constant parade of "celebrities" on Paula's Party and long for the days when there was alot more interaction with the "non-celebrity" audience. I can't say I'm looking forward to the new season if it continues to be as over-the-top silly (and stupid) as it has been. I can't believe the FN thinks people find it interesting.

Oh my God but they do...Paula Deen has a cultish following that is hypnotically entranced by every cackle that she makes...They're so loyal that they'd follow her through the gates of hell just to hear her mouth out one Y'ALL...! LOL... Absolutely Incredible !

I just had to follow up - I'm not a Paula-hater... in fact, I'm one of those crazy people who passed through Savannah just to go to The Lady & Sons (it helped that I lived in the South at the time!). I just miss the first season when she could be a bit more free-wheeling with the crowd and less gushing over celebrities who probably didn't know who she was until their publicist set them up with the date.

Not a Paula-Hater ,definitely not enthralled though ,but so sick that she is perpetuated by Americans who are actually entertained by this moron...

Rachael and Rosie may as well be
twins. They are both loud obnoxious
and stupid. Those two have made a
fortune from lemming like people
who can't think for themselves.

Well, it looks like The Rachel Ray show wants to increase it's viewership amongst carpet munchers, so bring on Rosie the Bush Pig.

The Lady & Sons Restaurant. Stay away from places that cater to tour buses.

On the subject of Paula's Party, I went to a taping for the new season and three of the guests included Lorraine Bracco, Tony Danza, and (for another episode) Mark Indelicato. Cheri Oteri was also slated to appear, but wasn't at our particular taping.

And words cannot describe how sexual Paula was, aahh!

She needs some serious saltpeter in her coffee !

You dont think Capt.Highliner Gruber is keeping her satisfied ?

Low class, ignorant redneck.

Will be an asterisk in a pop culture history book soon.

Her 15 minutes of fame are lasting far too long ... Lord help us !

Oh my... Richard Simmons will probably drop dead when Paula layers on the butter!

I didn't mind Paula in the beginning, but now she's just gotten too hickish for me. I know that's not really a word... She's giving people the impression that everyone in the south is utterly moronic and so much of a redneck that every sentence has at least two or three "y'all's" stuck in there somewhere and that's not true.
And while I have seen some jacked up uses for mayo, butter, and crisco since moving from the retirement capital of the universe (better known as south Florida) to the south, I haven't yet encountered a real southerner who seems to layer it on quite as thick as she does. lol

No, for the record, south Florida is hardly the south. Just glance at the license plates some time!

Hmmm Rachael and Rosie on the same show that sounds like enough to give someone a migraine! Ick!

Last night I turned on Paula's Party to see that her guest (who Paula swooned over the entire show) was Rosie O'Donnell. Coming on the heels of the Rachel Ray pro-terrorist clothing scandal (and the fact that Rachel's daytime show hosts plenty of liberal partisans but never any conservative partisans), I thought that the Food Network would have better sense than this. What kind of world is this where even the Food Network has to show a political agenda?!? As a huge foodie and a veteran of OIF I and III, I could not have been more disappointed in Paula or the Food Network! Rosie has shown time and time again that she hates America and those who work to defend it in our military (veterans like myself). I take personal offense to this decision! Paula has just given Rosie's hateful views legitimacy. Not only will I never again watch another show by Paula Deen, I am strongly considering a public boycott of both the Food Network and Scripps Networks.

I do love Paula, but I am sure it is the Producers or whatever that have vamped her new show. I loved her a mom grandmother type!!!I just don't find the time to watch it anymore. And the fact that she had Michelle Obama on her show and not Cindy McCain left a bad taste in my mouth!!!
