Rachael Ray Show Employee Claims Anorexia Discrimination
Don't bother applying for work at the Rachael Ray show, Tracey Gold.
A former male employee claims he was forced out of his job because he's anorexic, the AP is now reporting.
"Aaron Ferguson says in papers filed in Manhattan's state Supreme Court that he has suffered from anorexia for about six years. He says his supervisor repeatedly exhibited 'hostile behavior' and made 'vile,' discriminatory and hurtful comments. The comments included, 'Anorexics are sick in the head,' and, 'Anorexics should not be able to work,' his court papers say. Ferguson says he repeatedly complained about his supervisor's use, in his presence, of discriminatory language regarding anorexics but their superiors did nothing that improved his situation."
TMZ, which apparently reported the story earlier in the day, claims the comments were actually directed at the show's executive in charge, Priscilla Taussig, with Ferguson's supervisor allegedly saying anorexics are "sick in the head."
Ferguson is seeking $1.5 million in damages.
It should be noted that Rachael Ray herself is not named in the suit. Phew!

Even though Rachel herself is not involved at all,she still has to deal with it and its stressfull on her part as well.

Well... that's merely factual.
Hope the judge throws the lawsuit out and the guy gets help for his problem.
This is extortion. As soon as a person is wealthy like sweet Rach, creeps like this guy come out of the woodwork to sue at the first possible chance.
It's sickening.
SWEET RACH ??? Easy stomach....
Everyone has their opinion apparently.
