Considering how crazy and fast-paced cooking segments on morning shows usually are, Sunny Anderson did a great job this morning on Good Morning America, demonstrating her firecracker chicken wings.

She sure did!! Them wings sound great...kind of a Jamaican Jerk style sauce..when she started she looked so cute and kinda shy, very endearing...then she just did her thing. And, wonder if she met Chaka Khan!?!?

I don't watch GMA, so thanks for the post. I just might have to try these wings. It has always amazed me that people (like Sunny) spend so much time and effort setting up for such a short segment. The host always seems to use up so much of their short amount of time and then start saying "quickly"
I was kicking myself for miss her on GMA. Thank you for posting it. I love Sunny. She is relatable, funny and warm. I am going to try her Cider-brine chicken that she had on her season opener. If you don't like Sunny, you need your head examined.
