Hopefully Today show correspondent Giada De Laurentiis didn't write this intro for recipes by Nigella Lawson:

I have this book. I've only cooked a few receipes but the all are have very few ingredients. Quite easy to follow for a novice. The warm potato salad was a big hit at a recent family gathering. My brother who is a fast food & pizza kinda guy couldnt get enough.
