Where you WON'T find Ina Garten Shopping

This IGA was in the "working class" area of East Hampton, New York.

Those are some rough streets, don't you think? Don't go walking there after dark. Lady in the sunglasses could hurt 'yah.

I guess the working stiffs need a place to buy grub uh ?

Can't afford to shop at toney spots like Loaves and Fishes and pay stupid prices can they ?

Speaking of rip off shops, is there a Balducci's in East Hampton?

Tushman and the FN celebrities are going to have to take our failing economy into consideration ... The Golden Era of FN excess is out of place with the majority of American sentiments and budgets !

No Balduccis from what I saw.

It's just a joke, people! I don't think Ina's doing her own shopping anywhere.

I hear the Van Buren boys got their start in East Hampton.

Yup, it was a joke.

Hopefully folks will let the hate speech against ladies in sunglasses go.

I can guarantee that IGA is nicer that the ones around here (western NC).

Anon 11.35am IGA = Independant Grocer's Alliance, founded in the early 20's. You don't get out much ?

A company so rich in history. Thank you young man for bringing light to such a proud American tradition.

I went to a K-Mart in Bridgehampton when I was stalking Ina, and it was so nice and clean and they carried things other K-Marts didn't carry. What a difference from the ones I'm used too where you have to step through stuff all over the floor and put up with the trash and riff-raff that shop there. Ina probably looks @ IGA like I look at "Save-A-Lot" lol

I bet INA shops at IGA, lol!

Yikes sorry I never heard of IGA! It is not around me, and yes I don't get out much. I am disabled-thanks for the concern.

There used to be an IGA in the next town over from where I grew up. I remember going there 10 or 15 years ago. It wasn't too awful of a store. I prefer Whole Foods Market now, however!

Is there a reflection of COSTCO in the IGA window? Geekers! Just when I thought it was safe to shop in the Hamptons.
