Chef Jeff on TODAY

I can't believe it. A controlled, informative cooking demo on the Today show? If he can manage that, I think Chef Jeff Henderson needs a cooking show of his own, you know?

Hmm...How comeI've never heard of Chef Jeff?!?

Jacob, he seems very knowledgable; I would be interested to see him on Food Network as well!

Happy eats! :D Christel

He did have a show called the Chef Jeff project and it was incredible! I watched all the episodes and I can say it was none of those overdone kind. It was very interesting and he really helped some needy kids turn their life around.

And I agree I do hope he has his own show soon!

Totally agree. I thought the Chef Jeff Project had moments of syrupy sweetness (over-dramatic editing maybe?), but overall it was an engaging and entertaining show. Chef Jeff can obviously cook, he's well-spoken, knowledgeable and (yes I have to say it) handsome. If he did a cooking show, it'd go over extremely well.

However, I'd lay odds on his doing a Chef Jeff Project 2 before a cooking show.

a cooking show of his would be interesting, so long as they don't let Gordo produce it. Although now that I think about it, I bet it would be funny to watch G.E. try to give Chef Jeff direction. My bet is that Chef Jeff would scare him. And I would pay money to see that. As for The Chef Jeff Project 2 - I hope FN puts it on the production schedule. It's a great way to diversify their programming.

I really liked "The Chef Jeff Project", and I would like to see another installment. But can he learn how to pronounce "sassafras" and "file" if he is going to talk about them?
