Stars Turn Out for Food Bank for NYC's Can-Do Awards
The Food Bank For New York City's Sixth Annual Can-Do Awards were held this past Tuesday night at Abigail Kirsch's Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, so naturally everyone in the food world got zipped into their tiny little gowns (which was hard for Emeril Lagasse) and hit up the piers.
Former President Clinton, Jon Bon Jovi, REM's Michael Stipe, Anne Burrell, Billy Joel's sort-of wife Katie Lee Joel, and even my favorite SVU actress Mariska Hargitay (get that collapsed lung healed!) were in attendance.
Food Bank for New York City aims to end hunger throughout the city's five boroughs. Hope they raised lots of money!

I'm so glad it's Thursday. This week has been rough and I'm looking forward to a bit of rest this weekend. Might be going to New York, though, so that's pretty much the opposite of rest. Hmm... I need more coffee. Hope you all have a great Thursday!

Glad to see Mariska is doing well and looking good. Rachael looks very tired to me, but that's not surprising with the schedule she probably keeps. Just curious what you mean by Katie Lee as a sort-of-wife to Billy Joel.
KLJ has been supposedly cheating..
RR's dress is hot. She doesn't break out of the girl next door mold very often, but she should.

WTF is it with John always kissing Rach on the red carpet at all these events... it is the same lame kiss on the head and she is usually looking away - and he looks like a damn unshowered homeless dude... Man, she is so beautiful -- I don't get it...?
Yet her eyebrows have become so caterpillar-like.
Rachael looks pretty good, but she doesn't have much of a chance next to my Mariska.
I really like both of them (Mariska is beautiful). It was a good cause. But WOW Rachael please get a hair do!!!!! She looks great in long hair. That round face does not go with the round hair do (if it is a hair do) Just bothers me. So Martha Ray!!!
I think RR looks sassy in the short hair. I like it.
