Sunny Anderson Debuts New Hairdo on Rachael Ray
Sunny Anderson will probably kill me for writing about the new hair she had on Rachael Ray today (she'd prefer we were talking about her food), but I know a lot of people noticed it. You'd be surprised how many people write me to inquire about her hair.
Anyhow, I really enjoy the new short 'do she was sporting. It's got a very Star Jones-quality, which wouldn't normally be a compliment... but in this case it is.
Do you like it? I hope it will appease the "Why is her hair in her face? Why does it look this color? Blah Blah..." people.
Sunny appeared on Rach's talk show--along with Bobby Flay, Rocco DiSpirito, & Adam Perry Lang--to discuss summer entertaining. I was a bad blogger and forgot to TiVo it (did get "Glee" last night, though) so I'll have to try and catch a repeat.

I don't think Sunny Anderson gives a crap about you, dude. To be fair though, she doesn't seem to give a crap about creating quality television, either.
Glee was pretty damn good if I say so myself. I'd dvr that over RR anytime.
Ooo, ummm I'd have to say Sunny's hair doesn't match her personality. And that's the nicest way I can put what I really think.
Still a bad hairdo, not sure she is capable of having good hair. If she looks that bad when she has people doing her hair for her, what do you suppose it looks like when she does it herself?
I don't know but that bob is kind of out of style now... and Star is sporting the do better than Sunny.

I think it's super chic and probably a nice change-up for her. Every girl needs to do that every once in a while :)

jacob, i don't mind you talking about my WIG or any other hairdo for that matter. :-) and will never mind positive or negative comments. funny you should put up miss star jones because the same woman that did her wig, did mine and i actually asked for something similar to star's. i wanted a neck for the summer lol ... and something closer to my natural color. now, just so people know and i'm sure it won't calm the complaints ... i have no hair, none, nada. it fell out slowly then fast due to stress over the course of the past 3 years. i don't know if i really care, and i'm certainly not into cortisone shots). i am not my hair. i think there's a song about that somewhere ...

That is some extreme side effects and you really should see someone about that, then find a better wig maker...j/k....not really :)
I saw the show and loved the new Doo. I even wrote on her blog last night just to tell her because I liked it that much. And that's not like me....to go out of my way to compliment somebody I don't even know.

I think Sunny is starting to lose it.(no not her hair) Perhaps those photos of her in 2007 that FN Humor linked to had something to do with her implosion.
Hey Sunny! Your right, India. Arie had a song called "I am not my hair"...she recorded it with my fave P!nk but her record company put out the version with Akon because at the time he was hot and all over the place but the version w/P!nk is way better.
Anyways, your recipes are a lot better this time around, IMO of course. The creamy curry chicken was really good. Thanks for stopping by to post, too. The haters don't realize it, but as I am sure you know by now, they only help you further succeed.

Sorry about the hair loss, if that is really the case. But you really should find better wigs. That red long hair was horrible.
Maybe you should see a doctor about the hair loss ??

Sunny I admire you and your show and I am sorry about your hair loss I have horrible eczema all over and it's especially really bad on my hands so I can't hide it and I have to explain it to others ALL the damn time, I understand having an affliction that is beyond your control. I am a Black woman also whom at times wears a full weave. I watched your bbq indoors show today with your girl who was wearing a full weave also, I absolutely mean this as NO insult nor disrespect but the quality and the color of the hair is just not good love, it is REALLY distracting to you and your food. You are so likable and STUNNING and YES you are NOT your hair but why create a distraction or become fodder of some really mean comments, taking away from your personality and your fantastic food? This is the world of TV... unfortunately it does make a massive difference (sorry) My heart goes out to you and I hope this isn't taken personally as an attack, but the hair is not at all HD friendly. There are some amazing natural hair stores in LA, Giovanny & Sons are the best even Beyonce and Tyra get their full lace fronts from there. His & Hers is good also, you may also want to check with Elgin Charles in Beverly Hills, that's where I get my hair done as well as Star Jones, Angela Bassett, Dionne Warrick & plenty of other prominent Black women. I love all of the cooking shows, however I find it difficult to watch a few only based on some of the chefs habits. Not the food. Such as Rachal Ray and her un-natural way she uses her hands to speak with. It just seems so over done and fake! Also, Sunny it drives me nuts to listen to you because you talk so fast! I mean non-stop talking! And it seems like when there isn't anything to say, you just make up some story that is not really related. Can you slow down just a bit?? If you could relax I might want to keep it on the channel!
Racheal has a bad "habit" in touchig her face through out the time of cooking, and she never ware a hair net,gloves, and she uses her hands on the regular to move hair from her far and never wash after. and aways using her "bare" hands to make meatballs ect.... FOLKS Watch all the shows AND YOU JUDGE THEM SEE HOW CLEAN THEY ARE NOT,REMEMBER THERE RATINGS COME FROM YOU BOYCOT THESE SHOWS THEY ARE UNCLEAN.........
